That all references to “RESONATE BEYOND STREAMING LIMITED” in the Rulebook are replaced by “RESONATE CO-OPERATIVE” and, where applicable, “REGISTERED UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1894-2020".
Yes, I’m afraid ANY change to the wording of the Rulebook requires a separate special resolution. We approved the name change at last year’s AGM, but didn’t explicitly mention the Rulebook change. Oops. Now fixed with this one!
