Given how simple and easy it was to become a member of the Resonate coop, I’d love to learn how Resonate was incorporated to allow this — and learn if the modeled can by replicated by other coops

Resonate’s “constitution” (aka Rulebook) was based on work of the Fairshares.coop. One may review their materials and generate a working document for forming a multi-stakeholder enterprise from a free service they offer.
