Unable to log in or change password

Resonate is in the middle of transitioning from one set of infrastructure to another, with sync running as fast as it can, which is every 60 seconds.

If you are having trouble logging in after creating your account and/or changing passwords, you might be caught in between syncs.

As a first step, pause for 60 seconds between account creation / password change and attempting to log in.

As a second step, check your password. Some special characters such as " and ’ are not allowed. Try using a password with only alpha-numeric characters, wait 60 seconds, then try again.
