Apparently there is a Discourse Translation plug-in.
I manage a Discourse forum for work and we’ve had this plugin installed for a while - it works well. We use Microsoft Azure to power it, which hasn’t cost us anything in the couple of years we’ve had it up and running as we’re a fairly small forum. Happy to offer more info/help if useful
