Assign a track to multiple releases

As an artist or label, I want to be able to intuitively assign a single track to multiple releases and have that track retain playcounts and stream2own earnings across those releases.

When uploading tracks for a new release, I want the system to query my previous uploads to see if I’m uploading a track with the same title; if yes, I want the system to ask me whether I want to re-use that previously uploaded track.
